Who we are

Veterinary System (“we”) provides an online system for veterinary clinics at veterinary-system.com, where every clinic has its own address (like yourclinic.veterinary-system.com).

Information we keep

• Account information: the names, emails and roles of the users that a clinic adds.
• Clinic information: the clinic's name, logo, settings and plan.
• Records the clinic enters: items, stock, invoices, payments, expenses, customers and suppliers, farm visits, and the online orders that the clinic's customers send.
• Technical information needed to keep accounts safe, such as sign-in times.

How we use it

• Only to run the system for your clinic: to save, show, print and report your records.
• To help you when you ask us for support.
• We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

• Each clinic's records are private to that clinic. Inside the clinic, every user sees only what the clinic's admin allows.
• We, the system owner, can open a clinic's account to set it up or to give support.
• Our hosting providers store and deliver the data for us: Supabase (database and sign-in) and Cloudflare (website).

Keeping it safe

• All data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
• Passwords are stored in a form that nobody can read, including us.
• A clinic can download a backup of its data at any time.

Cookies

We only keep what is needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

A clinic can ask us to correct, export or delete its data. When a clinic closes its account, we delete its data, except what the law requires us to keep.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
